The crossword puzzles
in this collection were
designed to help your students process the content and
vocabulary in the Pathways: Civilizations Through
Time textbook.
Completing the crosswords requires
your students to the reflect upon the vocabulary and
content of the various sections in each chapter in the
textbook. The puzzles can be used:

to help your students focus when they
read chapter sections of the textbook, or
-
to preview the textbook's vocabulary
and content, or
-
as sponge activities when students
are finished other classroom activities.
This collection of crossword puzzles
contains the following components:
